This extensive courtroom experience has earned him membership in the esteemed American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), a distinction reserved for the most accomplished trial lawyers. Kelly brings a wealth of knowledge, strategic insight, and seasoned advocacy to every civil litigation matter, providing clients with confident and effective representation from start to finish.

Our firm brings valuable insight to criminal defense through the experience of two partners who previously served as prosecutors in Solano and Modoc Counties. Having handled a wide range of felony and misdemeanor cases we have firsthand knowledge of the justice system, which allows our attorneys to advocate effectively for our clients at every stage of a criminal case.

Meyer earned her Certificate in Labor Relations Mastery (CLRM) from the California Public Employment Relations Association in 2017 and has successfully negotiated on behalf of numerous public agencies. From the initiation of negotiations through impasse—and, when necessary, representation before the Public Employment Relations Board (PERB)—we provide strategic, knowledgeable advocacy tailored to the unique needs of public sector employers.
